Engle Martin is excited to announce the newest winners of our EMpact Award, Chenoa Bruin and Donna Fancett. One of our core values is the commitment to recognize and celebrate the value of everyone’s contribution. This peer-nominated award acknowledges individual performance, leadership qualities, and positive influence to our organization.
The award includes:
- A recognition ceremony
- A monetary award for the winner
- A donation from Engle Martin to a charity of the winner’s choosing
During the nomination process, Chenoa’s peers stated that “Chenoa never hesitates to meet any request for assistance. She is most responsive, and always on point. She is always available and willing to assist with whatever is required at that point in time.”

Donna’s peers also had many great things to say about why she is deserving of this honor, stating “Donna routinely handles a large caseload of our most complex files while tirelessly driving exceptional results for our clients. In one notable instance, Donna has emerged to help me lead our efforts on a major account (Sompo) despite the challenge of working in two distinctly separate claims systems. She has deep industry experience that we draw on and she has been integral in helping build the foundations of our expanding department.”
